SITUATION
A free shuttle bus for foreign tourists does not exist unless it exists in their language, on their platform. Translating Korean content could never match the short-form grammar each language group actually reads.
SOLUTION
We built a recruiting pipeline across three language groups — Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. A dedicated briefing page and application form, with fees calculated automatically from follower count to keep the operational load down. Each piece was made in the creator’s own language and in the tone of their channel.
RESULTS
The recruiting and production pipeline is running across all three language groups. Performance figures will follow once the campaign is out.
